With a new office in Iraq, Blue Water is gearing up for further expansion in the Middle East
With the opening of its first office in Iraq, Blue Water is further expanding its operations in the Middle East. The global logistics company is primarily offering a wide range of transport and logistic solutions focusing on oil and gas, as well as renewables.
“We see an increasing demand for our services and the need to be closer to our global clients in this region. We believe local presence is key to develop ourselves and serve the logistics needs of our clients. It is a new country for us, however, we like challenges and finding new solutions to our clients in the more challenging markets”, states Peter Ehrhorn, Regional Director Energy, Ports & Projects Middle East.

Blue Water has been present in the Middle East for over 25 years and has over the years gained a strong expertise and know-how in supplying efficient solutions to the region. The addition of the Iraq office in Basra will strengthen the company’s presence in the region and growth journey. The newly employed local team is well-experienced in the local transport and logistics sector.
