Another Blue Water office ISO certified
An integrated management system built according to international standards is the groundwork for Blue Water’s strong and reliable service
Working actively with HSSEQ on a global scale, Blue Water has achieved yet another ISO certification at one of its locations. This time, it is the Blue Water office in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil that has been certified according to ISO 45001 (Health & Safety), 14001 (Environment) and 9001 (Quality).
“We are pleased to be fully approved by Bureau Veritas without any non-conformities. The certification provides objective documentation of our adherence to international standards and underlines that we have a systematic approach to managing our processes and operations. We clearly see this as a benefit to our organisation and our customers,” states Carlos Dohnert, General Manager, Blue Water Rio de Janeiro.
Years back, Blue Water’s headquarters in Denmark was the first location to be ISO certified, and since numerous Blue Water locations have been ISO certified. More offices will follow as Blue Water across the organisation operates and manages employees through the integrated management system to ensure efficient and reliable high-quality service.
"We have a very strong customer focus, which includes a dedicated effort to continuously improve our processes and services. Over the years, we have seen a positive development of Blue Water's integrated management system, which is based on the requirements of the ISO standards. The advantage is a higher level of customer satisfaction as well as increased efficiency and productivity", says Dorthe Petersen, Group Quality Manager, Blue Water.
She points out that the ISO certifications also provides benefits in form of improved HSSEQ management and better risk management.
